Donor, Volunteer & General User Support

Donors, volunteers and other GivingStation users may, from time to time, have questions regarding the operation of the GivingStation. In order to offer the best possible experience, CreateHope maintains an in-house call and online support center, equipped to receive user inquiries via toll-free call or email. All inquiries are tracked and managed in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

A client may elect to offer users technology support via the CreateHope call center, accessible via toll-free number. Technology support encompasses GivingStation-related questions. Alternatively, a client may elect to offer technology and programmatic support, accessible via a client-branded toll-free line. In this case, support will encompass both GivingStation-related questions and client-specific programmatic questions. In this scenario the customer support staff will be trained on the client's specific program. The client will be provided with a monthly customer support report summarizing usage trends.

Client Support

The CreateHope Client Service team is available to serve as both a primary point of contact for operational questions and a programmatic resource. Our Client Service team has a wealth of experience assisting clients in creating, implementing and administering their community involvement initiatives both domestically and abroad. A lot goes into managing community involvement programs and the impact of having some experienced assistance is significant.
