In order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy, CreateHope, Inc. adheres to the Safe Harbor Principles as outlined by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission. Under the Safe Harbor Principles, CreateHope acts as a Data Processor on behalf of CreateHope, Inc.'s clients, and each of CreateHope's clients act as a Data Controller. CreateHope does not collect any personal information through its commercial website, www.createhope.com but does process personal information on behalf of its clients and their participating constituent members (employees, retirees, board members, etc.) through the GivingStation® only as specified by explicit instructions provided by its clients. CreateHope will not transfer or disclose personal data to any third-party, except as explicitly requested by CreateHope's clients and only for the purposes for which it was intended. In the absence of written instructions from its clients, CreateHope will not be liable for actions of the Data Controller.

Personal Information
To provide a robust experience with the GivingStation® or to enable certain optional features, some personal information may be required (such as name, email address, phone number, etc). The client and its users are the sole owners of this information. For identification and account history tracking purposes, some basic information may be provided by the client. Users have the ability to provide or remove personal contact information should they wish to do so.

Users have the following options for changing and modifying personal information in the GivingStation®:

• Update the personal contact information at any time, in the Account Information section of the GivingStation®.
• The decision to share personal information with the charities to which users donate. During the pledging process, users have the ability to determine which, if any, personal information is provided to the charity. Any gift can be made anonymously, in which case no personal information is shared (including name, address, email and phone numbers).
• Users may delete a Pledge prior to the start of fulfillment processing in the Giving History section of the GivingStation® by clicking on the ""Details"" link and selecting ""Delete"".
• Users can contact Customer Support with any additional questions or concerns regarding personal information by clicking on the ""Help"" link in the top navigation bar, or by contacting their Campaign Administrator.

CreateHope, Inc., owner of the GivingStation®, restricts the information made available to third parties and requires all vendors to guarantee the privacy of this information. Access to personal information is limited to specific CreateHope staff only as necessary to perform data processing service required by the client. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Ultimately, each individual company that uses the GivingStation® will decide how personal employee information will be shared to outside entities. If you have any questions concerning your company's policy, please contact your Campaign administrator.

Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that Web sites can write to a computer's memory or hard drive. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your company and to streamline the GivingStation® System.

Data Security
Data collected, processed and stored by CreateHope, through the GivingStation® either for its own purposes or on behalf of its clients, is protected by industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the data, and to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of this information. Security measures include the use of data encryption technology, internet firewalls, and physical and electronic access restrictions.

Notification of Changes
The Privacy Policy posted on the GivingStation® serves as the current policy in force. CreateHope, Inc. reserves the right to change or update this Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately and will be communicated through the posting of the new Policy on the GivingStation® site.
